TOUR OVERVIEW

From January to March the waters of Nicaragua play host to a winter breeding ground for the humpback whale. We take you on a unique in search of these majestic creatures.

Although the main focus of this expedition is the search for humpback whales, this region also has some of Nicaragua most beautiful and remote beaches. These beaches are back dropped by the beautiful Cosigüina volcano and fringed with mangrove estuary reserves. On this tour we explore these estuaries and hike Cosigüina, making it a true adventure of a lifetime.

In coordination with Arcadia research group Green Pathways designed this unique tour to ensure you the best information available and that our impact on the whales is kept to a minimum.

In the 2011 season we will be running a total of 10 tours with a maximum of six people per tour
